VIP Room: Visit scoop, Junior Day

Welcome to the VIP Room, the cornerstone feature of that takes you behind the scenes and brings you the very latest on University of Nebraska athletics.

Nebraska just completed a big official visit weekend, and we take you behind the scenes and give you all the scoop on how those trips went and where NU stands with the prospects.

One of the visitors was defensive lineman Ernest Suttles. While Suttles didn't say much on the record, what he did say sounded very promising for the Huskers. We tell you all about it, and let you know what may happen in the next few days.

Another visitor, James Clark, indicated he had a very good trip to Lincoln, but he was being heavily recruited by other schools - even before he arrived home from Nebraska. It won't be easy to land Clark, but we'll tell you why the Huskers are squarely in the mix.

While the focus right now is on the class of 2013, the coaching staff has already been working on the class of 2014 as well. It looks like NU will ramp up work those efforts soon - and we give you details regarding an upcoming event that could prove to be very important with that group of prospects.

We also tell you about coach Tim Miles' recruiting for the Nebrasketball team, and give you a quick update on Darin Erstad and his baseball team as it prepares to begin practice later this month.
