Like all 'inside' information it is about 50% correct 80% of the time.

As for real insiders, I lean towards Bruntz and Schaefer. They actually talk to Husker recruits and people within the program.

They get 90% of the correct information and are right 95% of the time with the information they receive.

In short, I trust what they tell me.

It really depends on your version of the term. There are a few on here that boast their connections to coaches all over the world and on our team but imo the only true insiders are the ones that sit in the meetings. We have 2 that I know of on this board that I follow closely and neither have been mentioned yet and i hope it remains that way. There are parents of players and players themselves that frequent this place posting and lurking. After years on these boards, and I have been on a few, I will put my trust in the 247 staff, network wide, for the best info out there. We have posters here that are very connected to the university but not our current staff. Unfortunately they have lost the "inside" scoop due to staffing changes over the years and they are trying to get back to those days, very similar to Al Bundy and his ever return to his glory years of football.
