Bet I could beat him in horse. So, not very high.
Just kidding, he's crazy good. Just tough to judge swimmers overall athleticism. He may not be able to walk and chew gum on dry land. I judge the best athletes as guys that can just do it all.

I dont care what sport you do but if you own the most medals in Olympic history you have to be in top 10 athletes of all time...
