While I can certainly see your point of view, I think this team is more focused now than they have been in Bo's tenure. After the OSU debacle and then sputtering and almost completely embarrassing themselves at NW, I think they realize how easily their season could go in the opposite direction they want. They REALLY want to win this conference and know that they have to be 100% focused EVERY week in order to do so.

Your last sentence applies to Nebraska also. If we're unable to focus the way we should it could mean we loose a game or two, same applies to the Spartans.

MSU held a more dynamic offense from OSU to 17 points. They'll stuff our run game and force Taylor to beat them with his arm. While the Blackshirts show up, the offense will put them into a couple of bad situations and an MSU defensive/ST's TD isn't out of the question.

I hate to simplify it, but how many times have we lost to teams without mobile passers under Bo Pelini? Twice? Oklahoma and South Carolina?
