  • All of the above
    Love Bando Newby = BEAST
    Johnny = fan favorite
    Maliek Collins = sacks
Adam and Terrell = 90% run 10% pass
Gerry mcwilson singleton = KOs (I do hope the oppenent is alright when they come to)
Knevel Finnin and Hannon = flapjack
Gladney and walker (hopefully. He'll be GOOD) = first downs and occasional td when Johnny gets tired of handing it off.
I almost forgot Gregory! Mark my words!
    HE WILL BE A MONSTARRR!
In conclusion I like our class very much and we need a corner.

  • To elaborate further
QB: A+ Stanton is a stud and fits what we'd like to do. Everything about him says leader.
RB: A+ Newby and Taylor are one of the top 2 or 3 tandems in the nation this year. Both are special players
WR: B+ Gladney and Walker are not dynamic players but they are very good. Dixon is also solid and gives you some versatility
TE: B+ Sandland would've made this an A. Hart and Carter are very very good players and allow you to do different things offensively.
OL: C+ Because of numbers. Finnin was huge. Knevel and Hannon are very good prospects. Landing Johnson certainly bumps this up. Kondolo + Johnson really bumps this up.
DE: A Stud JUCO DE recruit and two very good looking high school players that will allow you to do different things in your fronts.
DT: C+ Collins and Maurice have potential but still have to have some question marks. Very apparent we wanted a JUCO DT and we struck out big time.
LB: A+ Very good core group. Good players at each of the 3 LB positions.
CB: F We have no one.
S: A- Have 3 solid players right now, one of which enrolled early to get a head start, which we may need for depth purposes.

I would have to agree with your grades. Seem to be rite along with what i would put. If we could some how pull Willis away from Ucla, and get one more of the regaining db targets this class would be an overall A-. Only due to DT position.

  • I've give the WRs a B- or a C, the OL a B- right now, but otherwise your list is about right.

OL can't be a B or B- with only 3 guys in the class.

Good analysis. CB is still in play, hopefully, but is a head scratcher. Missing on a JUCO DT, is definitely hard to understand. I do think that Collins & Maurice are underrated, but we'll only know that in time. I do think they are precisely in Kaz's wheelhouse with his track record of developing kids.

I can't disagree with this at all... though if Dixon is brought in as a corner then I would bump CB up to a D

If signing day was today, I'd give it a C or C+. Lots of very good players but it's still incomplete. Hard to give it anything higher when you still have 5 open spots left in it.

If everything shakes out like I think it will. I think it will be an A- or B+ class.

Not nustudent but since I echoed his rankings and upgraded CB to a D this is how I see it:

    91.4

On the ivy league grading system that's a B... too many misses at CB and DT IMO. Not sure about OL, if we get Johnson I would say OL goes up to a B, maybe a B+ IMO.

    Thanks student...

With Williams switching to Louisville, it is hard to see the CB becoming higher than a C. Even if Dixon is moved to CB....

  • My favorite part of this class is the high character of a majority of the recruits. Can't wait to see these guys hit the field as well, got some studs on O for sure

    I never said OL was a B. I said B- (and you said C+).

You even quoted what I wrote. Curious how you got it wrong when you quoted me...
