Interesting Kinne's remark on Tobi Okuyemi. When I put him in my potential breakouts on the defense, I was about the only one who had anything good to say about him...hmmmm?

Really not sure why NU is going the slow, plodding recruiting manner that they did last year when it was said they had so few spots they needed to be sure to take their time. How's that working out this year? Hannon was blown away along with his parents; yet no asking if he'd want to commit? Banderas is running around making other programs sound about the equal of NU...what kind of message is that to other recruits? I just don't understand their casual approach when they're competing with snake oil salesmen that will tell a recruit anything get them to sign...on an "unofficial" visit. Can they close any of them to just get commitment on an "official" visit, even? Of course that worked well with Zaire. Bo needs some mentoring on how to close the deal on recruits, me thinks.

I sure like Miles' approach on getting transfers into the program as well as eschewing JUCO's and foreign players.
