No you don't have to match... You seriously let him go where he wants to go. If he wants to be in Lincoln he won't take more money in Arkansas.

Perlman would be throwing a party if Ark was offering a job to Bo. Interest is one thing, a job offer is completely different.

We should be willing to come up in salary if someone is offering him that much more.
