You're on the right track Schaefer...pancakes made with beer? Can it be done? Would be a great game day breakfast. I know a guy who every game day has Cheerios with beer.

I refuse to let this thread go all of Friday and Saturday night without a post.

Had a Sumpin Sumpin, Double Fist, Sone IPA, an Union Jack yesterday. Great day(obs) of those 4, stone is my least favorite. Overrated IYAM

Tonight is a stout night. Started with a couple of these. Staying in tonight. Spent to much money last night.

I haven't been drinking much lately but it's time to get back in this thread! I just returned from a short trip to Colorado where I picked up a few beers I can't get here in KS.

Stone IPA - Some of you guys already know this is my favorite beer. Still is no matter what bear says!
Dogfish Head 90 Min IPA - Never tried it but have been wanting to for awhile considering the hype it gets.
Stone Ruination IPA - Haven't had it yet, very excited about this one.
Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale and 12.12.12 Vertical Epic - Bought these two on a whim, bear's review has me looking forward to the self-righteous.

I learned this the other day. If you have an iPhone turn it sideways with the home button to the right and the pics will appear right side up. It's some sort of glitch, not sure on who's side.

Quite a haul there. 90 minute is really good but my favorite of those is the sublimely self righteous. Man I love that stuff.

Pipeworks is a new brewery in Chicago you will be hearing a lot from in the years to come. This DIPA has an interesting citrus taste that is a bit different and I can't quite pick it up. Really good brew though and one ill drink again.

Hey guys! Haven't been buying any new beers for awhile. I have 8 gallons of bottled home brew in the fridge right now and I can say with the utmost pride that my Chongo Bongo DIPA is a solid . The one thing lacking is thr clarity. I chose to forgoe the irish moss during the wort boil. Tuesday I will be brewing again. Not sure yet what but it will be hop heavy and contain the letters IPA. I hope someone here is able to make the get together. I have a sixer of Chongo with your name on it. Happy Drinking and thanks for keeping this thread alive you selected badgers. Cheers!
