Since the typical SEC recruiting trip involves spending money at strip clubs, I guess they asked one of the girls in to run the fax and "make it rain" with LOI's.
Other than that, this is utterly stupid. I can maybe envision cheerleaders in their uniforms doing this, but girls in swimsuits/lingerie? Assuming of course, this is a legit photo.
