John was the reason I stayed on over there for as long as I did. He's a good guy and good at what he does, so good for him with the move up.
Bringing on a kid fresh out of college and jumping into the game way late on baseball coverage is a big 'meh' for me. Glad I'm over here now.

Kudos to John. Classy, smart and savvy. He's deserving and up to the challenge. He leaves a big void, as he was living in Texas and had a direct pipeline to many NU recruits.

Not a big fan of JT, nothing really bad but his temperment has changed a lot over the last year or so IMO (maybe the stress of taking over more of the duties with HOL), but prefer MM actually. John will be a loss, especially with info on Husker recruiting in DFW area, but I think TOS will be just fine in the long run. Also, good career advancement opportunity for him.

Talman (or Talmaster as I call him) is actually very different then how he use to post on TOS. Most of the time he couldn't be himself (which I can understand being in that type of position, gotta stay professional......that is why I could never do that, just ask Stoobie on me being professional when I have too......asian car crash jokes don't go well on husker podcast....sigh) Anyways, the real Talman is very funny compared to the Talman on the board, just thought I would share.
