Doubt Diaz would have played much his feet were pretty much shredded. Any kind of consistent post presence would have helped for sure, though.

Possibly...even a little help from him helps us though.
I think those two change the Kent State, UTEP, Wisconsin, Purdue and one of the Illinois games around.
That takes you from 14-17 to 19-12 with a real real strong RPI.

Yeah, and the point of this is just how close we were to an amazing turnaround in one year.
But I must say, If that team might have beaten UTEP they might have beaten Oregon as well.
