Shields played a hell of a game today. Looking more confident each game. If he keeps working hard, especially with his outside shot, he could be pretty special in time.

Great game by Shields... need him to continue to get better as the year goes on. He could be a key to this season going well.

Congrats to Coach Miles on his first conference win. And a big kudo to Shields for playing so well and helping his team win the game. I like where the Nebraska men's basketball team is heading and the future looks exciting. Coach Miles is a tremendous coach and I'm very glad he's ours!

Wow. 16/16 from the foul line. Impressive. When we were students in the late Collier/early Sadler era, We would want to pull our hair out because poor foul shooting cost us so many games. This is good to see. Love the effort from Shields the last couple of games.

Shields had a hell of a game, got to the basket at will and looks to have a nice mid range jumper too.
Watching the end of the game, it was obvious these are the two worst teams in the league, they had no clue how to finish.
