lighting fireworks off where we werent suppose to but it was fine to do it there last year, didnt help that we had some beer, and a couple of my friends smoke cigs so those were there too, pretty much got everything dropped, they werent very mad they let me drink with them earlier in the day

And I don't want to sound like your mother, but please don't drink and drive. Nowadays, many states are zero tolerance. Meaning: If you blow something other than a .00 under 21 -- DUI.
If you're gonna drink, do so where you can crash for the night or rotate DD's.
