The Bone Yard

While I would like to see a Husker blowout, the odds of that are slim.

Wisconsin has not lost to anybody good by a large margin.

Nebraska hasn't beaten anybody good by a large margin.

These two teams are sort of playing into the other's wheel house. A team that likes to lose close games v. a team that likes to win close games. If it ends up close, I hope the trend on the Huskers winning tight games continues.

Given our propensity to come from behind if needed, I would like to see Nebraska try to hit a few home runs early, via long passes, trickeration, or what have you. I think if we get a few scores ahead, Wiscy will be in trouble. They are accustomed to being close, and putting them down a few TD's may collapse their house of cards. If those attempts to get ahead early fail, than we can fall back into come behind mode.

Gonna be a Tums moment. I can feel that coming on already.

Wisky has 5 loses, won only 1 games against a team with a winning record, why oh why do we tremble? This is a Husker year and this Team has shown no letdown over the last 6 games and there is no "real" reason to think the Huskers fold or that Wisky can pull one out of its ass and wins.

I imagine we're pretty talked out on this. We all want to win so badly and we're so close now that all that's left is to wait it out. It's been too many years since our last championship and we want it more than anything.
