Honestly the two hot coordinators who realistically want head coaching jobs and might kick the tires on coming here are Kirby Smart, who I think wants to stay in the SEC, and the more likely Bryan Harsin. Harsin is the co-offensive coordinator at Texas. He is taking a poor to average QB and making him a star( not quite there yet). Had Texas's defense not shown the propensity to get gashed the last couple of years he would be top tier as well.

I still think we need to stay with our current staff, but make changes in defensive philosophy.
