Eastern Nebraska isn't supposed to get bad till 2:00 or 3pm. They said at that point we could see 1 and half inches per hour for awhile.

You aren't kidding about lincoln snow removal. When i lived there i swear i thought their snow removal plan was to just wait for it to melt.
