Will be curious to see what Coleman can develop in Chicago. Lots of schools try to recruit Chicago, and it's definitely a knife fight to get every kid from there.

never would have guessed that the biggest critics of the Miles hire would be former players.......talk about being a "husker".....maybe they should read the book on that a little bit. how about supporting the guy that's hired....

This was the "bump" we were hoping for. Its all good, Miles would not be bring him along without those inroads to Chicago verified after working together for a year. This Miles is traveling light and wouldn't be carrying deadweight.

Ya I felt the same way. If they really loved Nebraska they wouldn't want to project negativity onto a program that is actively trying to overcome the negative perception that has been haunting it for the past decade. Very disappointed with Andy and Bo.

You know, I lived in Champaign-Urbana long ago, when Harv Schmidt and then Lou Henson coached the Illini basketball team, and they had a tough time recruiting players in Chicago. I think it's still a problem for Illinois. Chicago is wide-open. If Coleman can get some guys to Nebraska from there, well, Chicago produces plenty of good ones.
