Kentucky: Sources tell us Nebraska grad assistant Vince Marrow will join Mark Stoops staff as tight ends coach. Marrow worked with the tight ends at Nebraska as well.
This would be very disappointing unless Bo has some good plan. Why we aren't moving Marrow to a full time position and moving along a couple others is beyond me. I think we can now say goodbye to Beau.

Maybe this is what moves Bo to promote Marrow. Let's take a wait and see approach. It sounds like Marrow is still thinking and hasn't done anything yet so I am sure that means he is waiting to see if Bo offers anything. Surely he would like to stay at Nebraska and his son's senior year.
....If he does leave, then yeah goodbye Beau Sandland and possibly a couple of Ohio recruits. He has built up some pretty tight relationships with some of those kids.

I would just be greedy. Never wanted to be called that, just send your $$$$$!
Instead I always look at these things as "opportunities". Bo has an opportunity to upgrade or shake Marrow's hand and wish him the best of luck. Of course an upgrade would be my desire.
I would much rather have numerous coaches getting promoted out of Nebraska, than having to fire the staff due to inadaquecies in their coaching.
Just a small paradigm shift from the other posts here. Good luck to Vince if he accepts!

He is a better recruiter then Barny and we are letting him leave without making him a offer would be very bad.
