Are those the gate guardians? Hard to tell since it's so small.
What about the "CREW"-style badge with the writing Four Corners - this could be the "time" loyalty badge.
Could do CREW inside a horseshoe - not THE horseshoe, but A horseshoe - for the time/post badge?

i like that idea alot. the problem is you'd have to have sooooo many different badges for people who have been around longer. and also how often would it be changed? 6 months? 1 year? because people that have been around lets say 19 months probably should have more recognition if that was the case than someone who has been around for 12 months 1 day. know what i mean?
edit**- i guess you could just do month/year or something like that. of when you joined. kinda like what they do on huskerboard.com
