I don't think you'd quite have to go into that much detail. If you bee here 1-4 years you get a certain badge. 5-9 a certain badge. 10+ a certain badge. Maybe it can be the exact same design just different color scheme (1-4 mainly red, 5-9 mainly black, 10 mainly gold or whatever) for each category. Just update it once a year or 6 months. If your up for an upgrade and it's in the middle of that time frame, tough luck.

Love the ideas in here. I have no preference.
My thought would be [IF possible] when you earn the badge it be stamped with the month/year you joined. That way people can see the length of your membership without having to go and REreward the badge every year or 5 or w/e is decided. If that is a struggle i understand, but I bet after a while I bet this would pay off when staff isn't forced to replicate badges for every anniversary and whatnot.

Been thinking about the badge and after seeing other posters discuss topics in other threads.
I think the loyalty badge should be given after a certain amount of time served. It does not seperate us. We are a Crew and one person or ten cannot continue the tradition without their crewmates.
