I am currently doing my "Husker dance!" My wife is rolling her eyes and my kids are laughing. That's okay, though. They're Iowa Hawkeye fans and they don't know what it's like to get all worked up into a lather over a quality recruit!

Well I don't blame my wife and kids for being Hawkeye fans. They were all born in Iowa and we currently live a half hour south of Iowa City so being Hawkeye fans comes natural for them. I was born and raised in Freeport, Illinois but became a Nebraska fan when I first saw Johnny Rodgers, Jeff Kinney and Jerry Tagge dominating their 1970 opponents. I've told my family that there's plenty of room on the Nebraska bandwagon and that they are welcomed to join me in rooting for Nebraska football but their loyalty to Iowa football is strong and they are determined to continue to root for a program that is in decline. But that's okay. It makes for some lively conversations and I always get the last laugh when Nebraska beats Iowa.

Your welcome, only time you post is on the negative side of the conversation. Serious question for you, who do you like in this class? You never post when everybody else does about how they like this guy or that guy. Did Bo hit on anybody that you think will help us? Not being a smarta$$, would seriously like to know.

I'm not talking about a single recruit - this is simply an exceptional class. To recruit this type of class from all over the country requires very hard work, ability to evaluate talent that is second to none and exceptional relationship skills on the part of Bo and the staff as these kids are not coming to NU for the scenery, the weather or to be close to family and friends.
In terms of this particular recruit his athleticism, work ethic and attitude will lend itself very well to the coaching he'll receive from Bo and TJ. Being a Florida recruit he will help open doors in that state and has the potential to excell in the B1G not to mention the versatility to be outstanding in our secondary in due time. - All good.
And just because someone isn't bitching you shouldn't interpret that as 'crowing'.
