I liked the sound of this. Young man is logical and seems to be very intelligent. No rush, emotional decisions. Just thinking it over. In his comments about AK there was no mention of academics and that was on his list as the most important aspect of his decision. I am very hopeful that he chooses Nebraska. Go Big Red!! P.S. Did his parents go to AK with him?

heard he was too... nothing specific though. Hope he is... God knows we could use some positive recruiting news about now... getting McWilson back in the fold would be huge too, but I'm not getting my hopes up on that one.

Hearing that guys like Banderas are trying to get into McWilson's ear. Also interesting to learn that Marrow had a family like relationship with Love, not McWilson. Relationship with McWilson didn't start til spring game. Marrow wasn't the guy who convinced McWilson to sign with Nebraska. Hopefully the players (especially Banderas and Love) get in his ear and then Joseph - Coach P and Coach Kaz get in his house and get him back in the fold.
Also hope the Rock is N today. That would be nice.

Love has enrolled in January. As a result I don't think he can get in McWilson's ear as it would be a violation, i.e. you couldn't have some other Ohio guy who is on the roster contact him directly outside of an on campus visit by the prospect. I may be wrong about this, so someone correct me if I am.

Clouse is reporting that NU gets the final visit on Thursday with Arky making theirs on Wednesday. This is the best news since DJ decided to visit Arkansas. I hope the family (aunts & uncles) that has interjected itself into this process is there, but I doubt it. Dwayne does seem like a pretty level-headed young man. We'll see what we will see.

i heard that too... hopefully it's accurate. We could use some good news this week. If we could get DJ N and get Gage to visit we might be able to get some positive things to happen on signing day yet.
