As far as Khool, he is one of my fan boys. But we have another word for him down here, which isn't appropriate on this site.

I don't think we should feed lando the troll this close to christmas. He is the most negative husker fan I have ever seen. Not sure he would be happy even if we won a NC.

I would be extremely happy. My pro team is doing real well, you should hear me talk about them.

The D is going to be young and not strong again next year? Pretty sad considering next year is year six. The original point appeared to be that husker fans are thankful that the schedule gets easier next year. I have heard that too. Fans are concerned that we aren't good enough to make a MNC run without a weaker schedule. Never used to hear Husker fans talk like that. We expected to contend vs anyone in the nation. Right now we are out gunned and know it.

Bo will probably get close to a decade of running the program...lets hope he figures it out. Most quality coaches get things hummin within five to six years. We seem to be in rebuild mode with numerous juco needs.

Yeah, they're paying for all those misses in 2009 & 2010. I'm thankful as hell that the schedule eases up next year. Back when we joined everyone was concerned about that schedule. They were concerned this preseason and right up until we beat teams like MU and MSU. Once the Huskers won it was diminished by a few guys. If you recall the average record prediction was 7-9 wins and 10 or more would require some luck. When you say that you never used to hear Husker fans talk like that I'm not sure what time frame you're using. Things haven't been the same since 1997 and have been much closer to this year or worse since 2001. The world changed and the several of the top programs in history are having trouble adjusting. Right now I'm not worried about an MNC because we haven't won a conference title since 99.

I think we agree on quite a bit, I just disagree with bending things to fit a particular argument. I'm not satisfied with recruiting or the blow outs, those area have to improve. The blow outs are unacceptable but I'm pretty sure he gets that. I'm not sold on S&C completely because I see our skill players doing quite well but our lines are somewhat soft. I do, however, see some improvement in recruiting despite all the hysteria around the three juco's we didn't get. I thought it was silly to think that we would get those tackles. Big fat southern guys like being big and fat in the south, they have for years. If anything I was annoyed that the coaches spent so much time on guys who don't fit the northern culture. It's a waste of time. Look at the last few guys that came up from SEC country, we didn't have to try that hard. Sooner or later I think Bo will learn to get over himself and his system like TO did. He has to recruit the guys he can get and build a system for them. Particularly now that we've been down for so long. The midwest and plains states kids still know Nebraska and with CO, KU, and MU all being terrible they need to make their presence known again. There's no reason NU cannot out recruit KSU and ISU.
