Seriously I can kill an hour watching Sting vs. NWO videos.
Sting vs. Flair at the end of WCW was the way to go.
I enjoyed The Rock during the attitude era. Chris Jericho too.
In the WWE era I've enjoyed CM Punk. I saw Punk-Rock are squaring off for the belt at Royal Rumble.

How did I miss this? Die hard here. Don't watch too much anymore besides about a month before Wrestlemania through a few weeks after. Used to go to DJs Dugout in Omaha for every pay per view, when in high school i'd order every one and have people over. Oh those were they days. Now i'm married and barely get to watch at all. Favorite wrestlers in order
1. Hollywood Hogan (I'm black and white 4 life. Just too sweeeeeeet!)
2. The Rock (specifically Corporate Rock before he turned face)
3. Stone Cold
4. Ric Flair
5. Randy Orton (before he turned face)
Honorable Mention - Chris Jericho, Goldberg, JYD, Macho Man, Vince Mcmahon, Shane-o-Mac, anyone going against DX or Wolfpack.
I also like anyone managed by Bobby the Brain and the Mouth of the South Jimmy Hart.
