First of all... welcome and hope you have a good time here! this is a quality board with a lot of varying opinions but usually remains civil!
Second, i'm not sure, but something tells me that was never an option. One of the big deals about the Spring Game is the fan participation in it from a recruiting angle. My friend and I were talking about it as well, but I think perhaps the indoor facility on campus might not be suitable for that sort of event.
