  • Congratulations to Josh and Andrew. Typical of Bo's defenses, they get better as the season progresses. They are a real joy to watch now, and haven't peaked yet. The team still has yet to play a complete 4 quarters. They are starting to get close to peaking at the right time.

who would be? UConn I guess... Seriously though, we got to take it to Iowa early and often this weekend. Don't let the game ever be in doubt, they will play hard in the first quarter and then fold in the second half if we're up by more than two scores.

edit: By the way, this Iowa team was TONS better offensively last season and we still almost shut them out... if we get through the first quarter without allowing a score, this might be a game where a goose-egg ends up on the score board at the end of the day for Iowa. Bo won't be unloading his bench in the 4th quarter.

  • Well the BIG added a couple of doormats in expansion. In 2017 when our TV contracts get renegotiated we're going to get paid more. Sweet, I guess. We're going to have to add another conference game though. I love watching us play the day after Thanksgiving with all the leftovers though. Hopefully we don't come out tight and it's an easy day like it should be.

For sure. Iowa is a team in total disarray right now. Davis was a bad hire for the Offense. The guy looked like a genius at Texas when he had Colt McCoy and Vince Young (not that tough to do), but every other year his offenses have been suspect. Turned out to be a good idea that they only gave him a one year contract. I thought it was odd they would do that to begin with, but it looks good now. I wouldn't be suprised to see a 42-10 or something along those lines.
