Really disappointed Peat didn't work out. With all the talk about our struggles with DT, if Peat had come in and been the stud most of us thought he would be we would be in a completely different situation on the defensive front four. Incidently, saw Andrus in the hotel that Stanford is staying at this wkend in LA, and he is not a very impressive looking player(in street clothes) either. Will be interested to see how he turns out.

Hope HUSKERS have a good showing against Georgia....sick of hearing about how superior the SEC is then everyone else in the country and how NU is going to be ran up and down the field. I love Taylors' comments recently! He is not afraid...just another team, love it TM!

I'm not the least bit worried about Georgia's passing game. Our defensive backs have played very well this season and I think they will be up for the challenge. If there was an obvious strength to our defense it's the defensive backs.

I would totally understand if Fisher chose to move on to medical school but we sure could use his leadership next year considering how young our linebacking corps will be. I think if Fisher were to stay one more season he could help solidify the middle of our defense while our younger guys learn on the fly.
