Good luck the rest of the way

  • Great game on Saturday. Terrible officiating on both sides, but both teams played their hearts out and it was a true classic. Martinez is a gamer, and gashed us on the ground like no one has all year - Braxton and Shoelace included.

Please, please, please win out and represent the Legends in Indy. As bad as this season has been for us, seeing the Maize and Blue in Pasadena would be the ultimate knife through the heart.

Spartan Nation is pulling for you guys the rest of the way. GO BIG RED!!!

  • Thanks for the words of support ER. Good luck to the Spartans as well. I think our boys are in great position to make the trip to Indy.

Agreed. Probably because we haven't spent the last 30 years kicking their asses up and down the turf like we did to KSU, Mizzery and ISU. But B1G fans have proven to be gracious in defeat or victory and just very classy in general. Love it!!

We're genuinely glad to have you guys on board in the B1G. Great tradition, fanbase and program and fit,

We could've been stuck with the insufferable arrogance of Notre Dame or Texas.

A whole lot of truth in this statement.

  • Iowa fans aren't very good either. Remind me a lot of KSU fans. Talk a lot of trash without being able to back it up (back before they were good)

Hence, the qualifier of "insufferable" lol At least you've earned the arrogance.

Notre Dame is enjoying their first good season since Kid N' Play was making movies, and Michigan thinks their half a national title since the Normandy landing makes them the best program in the nation.

We generally reserve the "we'll smoke your no-talent candy asses" talk for basketball season biggrin
