I don't get its S&C. Alabama's linebackers outweigh our linebackers by 20lbs and are likely faster and more agile. It isn't S&C -- it is god given talent. The House of Speed or any other agility training session in the world isn't going to turn Compton into T'eo or the equal to any Bama linebacker. When we play Georgia, we will see some unreal athletes on defense -- don't tell me these guys got there because of their college S&C. It certainly helps but our starting linebackers simply are not that good.

And Stafford is supposed to have great talent but that talent didn't help him, not will S&C help him take better angles. Also doesn't help that our DEs didn't get push up the field to force the guy on the jet sweep to angle back a little. He went straight down the line.
