Sad to say Nebraska has fallen behind in training. Too narrow a focus. You HAVE to taylor workouts that will improve power and explosiveness and speed and agility.
There are ways to do this and starting in January should be Phase I of 4 phases and do it this way every year.

Seems like your advocating for something very specific, may I ask why? Do you have experience in the field?
I Am just cracked up about Dobson now, tbqh I don't know enough to make a decision but my point is this is hilarious because everyone originally loved the guy!! I never understood why.
