Why not make it a selling point? Its decriminalized in Nebraska, which means getting caught is no worse than getting a traffic ticket, unless you're dealing. That combo probably means easy availability and possibly lower prices.
Honestly, this all probably means we'll see it legalized nationally soon if this measure is shown to be successful in Colorado. If tobacco's legal, I don't see why we can't another (less addictive) mildly psychoactive substance to our national guilty pleasure list. If people are gonna smoke, we might as well tax 'em for it. They're obviously willing to pay.
Does this mean you could farm it here and sell to Colorado distributors?... What's the rules... I don't get it just yet.
Bring the Pain-
Not unless you wanna end up in jail haha. Still illegal to grow and distribute here in Nebraska.
Adults 21+ can have up to an ounce on them, can grow 6 plants legally....Washington too but not exactly sure on the stipulations of their legalization

Tax it and make it legal. I just got us out of debt.
And encouraged research on a chemical clinically proven to have anti-carcinogenic properties. On a more massive scale, THC is an effective analgesic without the addictiveness, tolerance and side-effects involved with opioids. Hemp is literally the most useful and awesome fiber ever. Its inexpensive, environmentally friendly and can be used in many different ways.
Its a no brainer, really. It is inevitable, and the good people of Colorado are smart for getting on this plane before it takes off.
Sneaky funny right here.
between that and legalize online gambling
Goal in life is to make the Huskers Illustrated Hall Of Fame
Exactly. Don't forget the good people of Washington, too.
The NCAA doesn't have an issue so long as marijuana remains illegal under federal law. The feds won't bother with minor users but sellers/distributors in Colorado/Washington could still face serious federal penalties. I wouldn't start that marijuana farm just yet.
If you cant say something nice, shut your damn mouth!! GBR
