Sadly, the problems in Nebraska are in the coaching offices and the fans that sit in the seats and defend them.
Feed me to the wolves, and I will return leader of the pack. #FreeDA
If true, they'll probably say it is on principle, but I bet they don't want to lose in Texas and subsequently see more in-state recruits go off to the SEC.
Nebraska Old Gold Knights
That is a pretty interesting way of looking at it. I think there are several ways to look at it. One is the fact someone left "their" conference, and now they are going to boycott them.

Holy crap, Texas needs to get over themselves. They must have the biggest ego in college sports.
Mack Brown finds that offensive!
....I however approve
Mack Brown really needs to keep his yam shut. He has every advantage in the world at Texas and you would think he was still coaching at North Carolina with the way that his team has looked the last three seasons.
BTW, can you believe he said that was disrespectful? How conceited can you be?
I think Mack is running a bit scared for his job and if he loses to another team from Texas that won't bode well for him....
Texas' ego matches the ego of North Carolina Basketball.....I live in NC and the Tarheel fans are the absolute biggest whiners I have ever seen....
The Cotton only needs one of the two teams (UT or A&M) to sell tix. I don't think Texas would turn down this game. That would be far worse than losing to A&M if that got out. Having moved from Austin this spring, I can say that UT fans do relish the fact that they won the last meeting and can hold that over the Aggies.
