A boy, a Twitter page, and the aspiration that you follow him. It's what this country was founded upon.
...It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.

The thought of the Huskers playing in a bowl game that I can still identify with the same name as it's had for many many years is great with me! Plus it's still the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and fortunately the sun splashing on the San Gabriel mountains hasn't lost its aura.
On another note--maybe we'll get a first-hand look at just how good Andrus Peat is on the Stanford O-line.
I am glad that if Nebraska makes it to the Rose Bowl they won't likely be facing Oregon. That game had the makings of a horrible matchup for Nebraska -- they may have scored more than Ohio State did. I like Nebraska's chances better against any team that goes more traditional (not uptempo) offensively. Stanford's defense will present a major challenge as their front 7 is very, very tough -- maybe best in the country.
I dunno how I feel about Phil Steele. Once the seasons begins it's almost like he has multiple personalities. Didn't he have one week earlier this year where he projected us to win out but lose the next game?
