whatever. heard through the grapevine today that we had "promised" him not to take another safety and the DJ Singleton arrival irritated him... add in the Marrow love (homo? nonhomo?) and there you go.
Yep, it is official
Scared of competition?
He realizes there are two safeties on the field right?
Oh well. We will move on. Hope he enjoys winning less than 10 games his entire career.
I dont know. that is all I heard.
is he going to need it?
hope he likes losing... apparently he does.
We all knew this would happen after the de-commit. This move makes zero sense to me. Kentucky's program is not in the same stratosphere as Nebraskas. Whatever his reasons were, I hope he comes to terms with them. Kentucky is going to continue to be terrible. Regardless of who coaches there, they have no advantages over any schools in their area or conference. Facilities, local talent, tradition, etc. No amount of coaching is going to change those things. If Kentucky was the right choice for him all of a sudden, I honestly hope he is happy. I just don't see it.

is it bad that I am that Vince Marrow leaves to take a different job in a year or two
I'm trying not to be an A HOLE right now, but Wtf is he thinking.... Does he need to be coddled by an adult to feel comfortable?
I would lolololololol if we hire him back as our tight ends coach next year or the year after and he is like "See you later Marcus, enjoy this ssss hole." Probably won't happen, but it is funny to think about.
Honestly, I hope Marcus is happy with his decision. Ultimately, that is all that matters.

it truly is hilarious to think about ... one of my favorite tweets that went to him from a UK fan said "you are going to get sooo many followers because of your commitment! congrats" ... since i started paying attention his followers has gone down like 30+ in the past 10 minutes
no, because he will. Kid just bought a bunch of crap and thought it was gold.
as said before i would laugh so hard if he eventually came back to Lincoln
Kid's making a decision because of blind trust... doesn't care about winning. He thinks Kentucky is really SEC? He'll have a huge wake up call when he's sitting at home watching Nebraska play in bowl games and CCGames without him while his team struggles to get to 5 wins.
Yep, short sided decision are short sided
Great fans. Marcus this is football not basketball. Sorry but Marcus has been fed a line and he has swallowed the line. THis one sure hurts but I seriously can not imagine Kentucky having much success while he is there. I will probably be wrong but if I am I bet Stoops and Marrow are long gone.
