And depending who we play in the BIG tourney maybe a win there
Goal in life is to make the Huskers Illustrated Hall Of Fame
Wisconsin and Illinois on the road---losses
Minn. at home..Play well we can win
In my honest opinion, they'll be lucky to win another game before the B1G tourney. Minnesota and Iowa will be looking to bolster their NCAA resumes by the time those games roll around. Just being realistic.
No way Iowa gets in the tourney now without winning the BIG tourney in my opinion

True. Their bubble burst Saturday in the Devaney. They'll still be looking for revenge. Definitely a winnable game though.
Yeah itll be tough forsure
All losses. Our best chance is beating Wisconsin, IMO
I think Wisconsin will be the toughest, coming off a quick emotional win and a quick turn around we'll be tired with our starters playing a ton of minutes
0-5 to end the year. 13 wins with this group is a minor miracle in and of itself
Just curious does anyone know what it takes to get in the CBI? is it just a winning record?
Minny is the best team left and strangely our best chance to win. That's Minnesota for you. Wisky will be our toughest game. But I just don't think there's a win out there for us.
Looooove to be wrong.
we have a shot at
wisky (they play slow and could allow us to stay in the game)
Illinois (if they are off from 3 point land)
No shot against Minny (too many athletes for us)
If we win one of our remaining games i will be please... i already am with the 13 wins. I didn't think we would get to 10 this season.
I think we get one more win... I have no idea against who, but I don't see us losing out.
O'fer to finish the regular season.
If we stay as a 10 seed (very likely), we'll be playing the #7 seed in the first round of the B1G Tourney. At a neutral court we are feisty enough we could beat Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, or Purdue.
All in all, a decent season for Miles and crew. 2 OOC wins over Wake Forest and USC are commendable, and we gave some very good teams all they wanted for 30 or minutes, only to run out of gas and fall short of a major upset. The 19 point 2nd half comeback win over Iowa on Saturday was icing on the cake.
Can't wait for next year.
I gotta say.... perspective is everything. And the state of the program is obvious. People being encouraged (let alone okay with) by losing the final 4 games of the season is a commentary on how far Basketball has to go compared to football. just a thought.
