Who are our targets right now? Joseph and Willis? If that's the case, are we comfortable only taking one (or zero)? While we don't need immediate help at corner, we clearly need it for 2014. I'm really surprised there aren't more names floating around right now.
I'd like us to take at least two. Then we don't have to worry about a true freshman maybe having to play in 2014. I wouldn't be surprised if we take another JUCO corner next season. I think we will have 3 (I think I saw someone post that number) corners on scholarship in 2014 if we take 0 in this class.
Course I'm not the coaches and have no inside info at all, but I'm not comfortable taking 0 in this class.
AS nustudent says this situation is weird. Actually this is the biggest head scratcher of the season. We went after DT's and a mid-term JUCO TE but have so few CB's that we seem to be working hard. Really don't understand it especially with Jackson potentially moving the safety.
Yeah, it seems off to me. Two seems logical, which makes me wonder if there are targets out there that I'm overlooking. Maybe Boaz is a silent already and they're comfortable taking one (him) + Priest, on the off chance he chooses us. Maybe Dixon is considering corner?
Was hoping for Chucky Williams but doesn't seem like much chance there or at least little update.
Forgot about Chucky.

Michael might correct me here because I don't know how his process works with the team and the HI staff, but there may be others the coaching staff is chasing that we just don't know about. I don't think it's like Joseph sends the HI staff an email every time they target someone. Probably unlikely that there is someone really good out there this late that we haven't heard about but it wouldn't shock me if a quality CB came out of the woodwork the last 10 days of the cycle and signs with the Huskers.
Keep the faith.
But really that won't matter much when Priest commits.

Yes, there is always some stuff going on that we have no clue about and at times that is the best way to handle things during the last month. Notice how Arkansas comes to our prospects after we offer? It isn't the other way around for a reason.
