You have to forgive Lando. He's a one-line sniper. He's the runaway leader for the "Fewest Words Per Post Award".
Actually, you got lucky. Typically, his zingers are quite sharp and focused. Zeros in on the core of his targets. He aimed a scatter-shot your way. Pretty sloppy, for him.
Must be having a bad day.
I agree as well, I do not think Bo should nor will be fired at the end of the season. That being said, If Nebraska just so happens to lose to Northwestern or Michigan and stumbles in the 2nd half of the season ultimately falling short of the Big 10 Championship game then I believe Bo is on the hot seat. I could see Nebraska under the new direction of Eichorst shelling out a lot of money to hire someone like Jim Tressel or some other big name.
Welcome to the board Freebs!
Feed me to the wolves, and I will return leader of the pack. #FreeDA
good to have you aboard Freebs! And... no on Tressel. A coach with a show-cause clause not a good hire.
8 or 9 wins is not enough to fire a coach. No one will want to come here knowing that 8 or 9 wins gets you fired.
Why do you think we had to settle for Bill Callahan in 2003? And we did settle!
A boy, a Twitter page, and the aspiration that you follow him. It's what this country was founded upon.
Why is everyone so stuck on this 8-9 win thing? 9 wins isn't what it used to be when teams play 13 or 14 game seasons now. Why are we over looking the fact that these aren't just losses, they're embarrassments? Ohio St. scored 63 points on us. Let that marinade for a second. Now let me point out that Central Florida and UAB didn't give up that many points to this team COMBINED! How can anyone still be on board with this guy?
Beat up the pansies in the Non Con, go on the road get embarrassed, beat a mediocre conference opponent or two at home, then get destroyed on the road again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Bo Pelini in a nut shell. Sorry, but we can do better than this guy.
