Note: original article

A quick thought regarding the Big 12 grant of rights, and possible loophole for dissolution before I'm off to turkey: NCAA definition of a conference of a minimum of six teams or more. There are at least six members of the current Big 12 that would find homes if Texas and Oklahoma decide to leave - two schools coming with OU and Texas and two other schools going elsewhere. In that scenario, the Big 12 and GOR would disappear as the conference

Its not. Why would you link an OU board, of people that know nothing.
The link shows Ohio St making the statement about where they are looking if you scroll down...here is the link with the original article.
Ohio State president E. Gordon Gee told the school’s Athletic Council in December that discussions about further expansion for the Big Ten conference are “ongoing.”

I would be shocked if they moved to the Midwest. All the population is moving to the Mid Atlantic (Virginia, North Carolina) and the ATL area. This is where we are going to go to I believe. I also think the are still holding out for ND to be the 18th team as well.
