And he was here for just 2 years without a RS.
Started a game as a true freshman for the first time in Husker lore dating back to Tommie Frazier.
Was a great team member and hosted a number of recruits speaking only good things about Husker football.
I don't care what his record was as a starter. Kid did anything and everything he was asked to do and the staff chose a different guy. He was going to sit on the sideline to end his career at Nebraska. Why not go somewhere else in an offense that fits his skills a bit more?
Obviously it has worked out well for him thus far as he has been named the starting QB for Tulsa after his RS/transfer year.
How about putting personal hate aside and wishing him well?

I wish him all the success in the world, but Taylor will be playing against the Big Ten while Cody will be playing against Conference USA. The level of defense played in those two conferences is so different that comparing the two QBs seasons would be like comparing an apple with a whale.

Wish him nothing but the best. It didn't work out on the field, but I never heard anything negative about Cody away from the field. For that, I'm very thankful.
