No one believes your a troll Lando. At least i don't. We are just vastly different in our beliefs regarding husker football and how it is run.

I didnt do the segment. I just watched it. I left the other board because if this issue. A writer, mod said i was trolling about this. But it really pisses me off.

Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, the economy, child molesters...those are things to be pissed off about. I wish the blackshirt situation was better too but it doesn't ruin my day. Callahan and Cosgrove gave blackshirts out to defenses who couldn't stop a 4th grade flag football offense...so I guess I'd rather give it to 25 guys that earn it than 11 who never did.

Only a Nebraska fan, on the day they are playing for a conference championship, spot in the Rose Bowl and potentially a top 10 ranking...will find a way to bitch about the number of guys who get to wear a different color of practice jersey

Tradition used to be is that if you were picked to be a starter on the D then you had earned the Blackshirt. Fighting and claying your way to the starting D lineup should mean that you have earned the famous BlackShirt. Don't agree with Bo's way. Just my opinion.

The old tradition rewards a starting role without any achievement. The new tradition rewards a threshold of performance. I like it, acknowledge others may not, but don't mischaracterize things to support your opinion, please.

The achievement is playing hard and getting the starting role on D. How can that NOT be a threshold of performance. It sure worked for TO so why shouldn't it work for Bo? Bo is the HC and can make any change he wants but when you start messing around with such a rich tradition as the Black Shirts have then why mess with something that has worked since the 1960's?

Different color jersey? It's a blackshirt. Not something you buy or choose to wear ( I know the story ). This is a good topic. Maybe poor timing. I like both systems for blackshirts. And only a Nebraska fan?

Lando, why do you have to be so negative? If you are truly a husker fan it's time to learn to take the good with the bad. Bo isn't goimg anywhere so get used to it.
