All the players in the field are available I believe. He may not have been on the A list.
Still have no clue how thu determine who goes in each list

This league may help you get into it.
Freddy has a good history at Riveria. He plays in this one every year. Really it's this tournament and the Masters. If he is healthy I will always like his chances at these two places.
