No draft. Each week you will pick 1 from an "A" list, 2 from a "B" list, and 1 from a "C" list. I think you need to pick bench players too in case someone WD's. You can pick a player no more than 10 times the whole year. Exaple: you can't pick Tiger or Rory or somebody every single week.

The groups are the same for everyone. The amount of golfers on each list will vary depending on how many are entered in each tournament. You pick your "starters" an your bench and can change them out (from those eight) each round as long as you do it before the 1st tee time each day. So if your A starter is tiger and he doesn't make the cut or with draws or sucks it up you can put in your A bench player if he is still in the tourney.
