The one thing that is blatantly obvious to me is that they are "talked into" throwing a lot of late flags by the home crowd. It is seriously poor this year and the conference needs to take a look at their performance and upgrade during the off-season.

I would agree with this. A lot of the calls in our favor were really late. However, I can tell you, from my perspective as an MSU fan, I was usually saying, "About fucking time!" But I do agree that a ref/ump who is influenced by the crowd or a coach is the worst. Shows they don't have any confidence in what they're doing.
