Excellent points are being raised on both sides of the conversation! But all we agree on is success at that Nebraska QB position. So i give the benefit of the doubt to TA, BC and anyone one else who is slated to compete for TM's position now or in the future.

The "it factor QB" has not be equalled since Eric Crouch IMO. So we all wait and see what happens. I have no preferrence except the ONE QB who wins, excites the fan base and his very presence on the feild strikes fear on the opponent. That's the "It factor Nebraska QB" that's been absent for a very long time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Go Huskers!!

You wrote exactly what I was thinking. Eric Crouch was the last Nebraska quarterback that had the "it" factor and we've been looking for another Crouch since then. Whoever our starter is this fall and next fall and beyond that is the guy who will have a very talented team to play with and the guy who just might help the football team do something very special.

This topic is just another one of the reasons it was so unfortunate the spring game got cancelled. It would have been great to see how Brion was coming along. All we really know now is that he looked great during last yr's spring game(just my opinion), other than that we havent seen him. So I think it is way to early to write him off. As far as accolades, all I remember is him breaking all Tommie's(Frazier, obviously) records at Manatee, rather impressive against that level of competition. If you go back and watch their senior yr highlights I think they look awfully similar. I'm personally hoping they are both going to be great and I think they will be.
