  • I just have to say clap with all the recent updates to the site. I love the twitter feeds on the main page and the link to see them. This site just gets better and better and not only that but the research is quality, the conversation is real and the tone is respectful. Kudos for providing an environment of fun, knowledge and journalistic excellence. For what it's worth I salute you:

    True, Aaron and the boys are seasoned in this game. Also, shout out to the whole 24/7 team, they made one recruiting site the best in the biz, now working on doing that with a second site, soon to be the new best in the biz.

    IMO... it already is, now they just need to expand their reach.

    I think the rankings and format are definitely the best, now it is about crushing TOS. Until that happens, TOS will hold the title in many peoples minds just because of how long they have been around. When people bring that up to me I always like to bring up who made that site what it was, and where all those guys work now. For those who don't know, most of the 24/7 national staff used to work for TOS.

    I knew that and that's what makes it better. I think what 247 needs to do to do that is get involved with some of the all-star games and try to overtake the US-Army All-America game which would obviously mean getting a television contract with someone.

  • JT moving on from RSS might push to cancel tos. But this site needs much more traffic for me to do that.

    If it means keeping the major "flak" out, I don't mind a slower board. We have a helluva start, with some great posters. We need to keep that pace. Keep growing with new posters, and not all of that hostility.

    ahhh good stuff! I thought that might be the one you guys do... I liked that they didn't do the "hat dance" at that game last season but didn't like that we missed out on Lambert! Does that mean you guys will be teaming up with CBS?

    I agree but I think there would be alot more posters now if it wasn't for a couple of know it alls that everyone knows except them.
