Richardson needs to find his shot. McCray needs to be consistent (he's as good an offensive threat as anyone when he's on) and has to stop with the stupid turnovers (so does Spencer) the defense needs to be tighter and we need healthy big men down low to take the pressure off of average (at best) guards.
And the coaching needs to get much... much... much better in crucial in-game situations.
